Apologies for a second comment but I just had a thought...
I dunno, maybe, a monthly limit could work. Maybe like an overall limit of 20 per month to TokoCenter
so instead of potentially getting 60 images a month (from those that can smash out mass amounts of art a day) there would only be a max of 20 coming in from anyone...
and maybe for some they can't even do that many in a month so many it could possibly help as the group closes monthly to sort out the load if there is a limit on how many things can be submitted t the group overall each month
